Carla H. Hayden is passionate about training and equipping the saints - specifically Christian women, whether young in age or young in stage - to become grown-ups in marriage, motherhood, and the marketplace so they can live fully and freely from their God-given identities.

 

As a Maturity Coach and Marketplace Shepherd, Carla uses group mentoring and 1:1 clarity sessions - affectionately referred to as “Mentoring with Mama” and “Coffee with Carla” - to help women remove the roadblocks and overcome the obstacles they are encountering on their journey toward maturity by coming alongside them with a mama’s heart and the truth of God’s Word. 

 

Born and raised in San Francisco, CA, Carla currently resides in Indianapolis, IN with her family where she currently serves as Chief People Officer for a wealth advisory firm. Among her hobbies, she loves connecting with people over coffee or cocktails, photo-journaling snippets of her story, and traveling locally and abroad. She is a healthy Enneagram 8 and unashamedly declares that Gifts and Words of Affirmation are at the top of her Love Languages list.
